Its been a long while since my last post. Been busy with stuff. Well anyway I just wanted to talk about a lil something. Some of you may have a different view of it but please read thoroughly about what I’m about to say first before judging whether I’m right or wrong.
People tend to choose better looking people in any situation. That might not make sense but once it does you’ll get what I mean. It is quite screwed of me to say that but I honestly have enough confidence in my theory to state it. I’m not gonna ask you to think about it cos I can prove it. If ever a specific person (A) had to choose between a good looking person (B) to talk to or a not as good looking person (C) to talk to, A would definitely choose B simply because he/she is better looking. Well in some cases where B might be a complete jackass or just an ass, A would pick C. In most cases - and I do mean MOST cases - B would be someone that just showed up and C would have known A for such a long time and is much closer to A, but A would be willing to look past that because why? Yup you guessed it. Cos B looked better. This happens not only when picking people to talk to but it happens all the time without us knowing. When we pick our friends we would try our best to get the attention of he/she who looked best. When looking for a girl/boyfriend or a wife/husband we have a picture in our head that he/she would be amazingly good looking. Even if B and C were at par with how good of a person he/she is, A would pick B undoubtedly because…. Yes he is better looking. It would be a different story altogether if C was an ass. But we shall not go into that because that would depend on the circumstance. I’m generally speaking.
Right now some of you, well maybe most would be saying “What the hell is this rubbish?!” Well whoever that IS saying that, I ask you of to think. Think deeply for a moment about what I have so confidently stated. It is the truth. This was an immature post but I had to state what I thought about… Well… Us humans in picking people. We say we don’t pick people but the truth is we do. The ones that look better are our priority and when/if they don’t work out we move on to second best. I’m not saying every single one of use are like this. Of course not but the majority wins. I myself will admit that I have picked people merely because they looked better. I’m not trying to say that picking people based on looks is the worst thing in the world to do but it does hurt extremely when you do it to someones face. Being ignorant of doing so just makes it worse.
I hope I haven’t offended anyone with this post. Its just that being C for too long does get one fed up. I’d like to know everyone’s thoughts on this.
